Cannot connect to servers with Mobile Internet Hotspot

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Other
Game Mode: Online Official
Server Type: PvE-Conflict
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: All
Mods: None

Bug Description:

I am trying to connect through my mobile data. I am able to log in just fine. But ever single server is showing 9999 ping and am not able to connect to any. Including the servers I play on every week. I lost my home internet temporarily and mobile hotspot is the only way for me now. What should I do? I don’t want my base of years to decay because of this. Please help.
P.S. I tried opening from Bugle launcher. There the servers are showing pings like normal. But once I connect to any, it opens Conan and stays on an endless ‘Attempting to join’ loop.

Bug Reproduction:

Connect to Steam. Open Conan Launcher. Wait for Log in. Open server list. Gawk at the screen with every server showing 9999 ping.

I did the DNS flushing. But it didn’t help.

Have you tried direct connecting? You might be able to bypass the ping that way.

Yes I did. Even direct connect didn’t work. Tried both from the native launcher as well as Bugle. Thanks for the suggestion though.
How sad that a fellow player has commented but no response whatsoever from “Funcom”.

I’m sorry that didn’t help.

Unfortunately you’d be unlikely to receive a response from them :frowning:

I don’t really have an answer but might can point you in the direction of one.

I would recommend restarting the phone first thing if you haven’t.

I have the same situation with a T-Mobile phone. Can download CE patches with it just fine but it absolutely will not connect to the servers for actual play. I’ve never tried to rectify this because my other phone, an android on at&t, works perfectly fine for that.

You just made me think of something, what about connecting via Nvidia’s GForce now instead? Since you’re streaming it through their machines @Razztee?

So maybe with your suggestion @Raeil and the streaming service, it could bypass those issues?
