Since the release of Isle of Siptah, I can no longer log in. The same message “Your ping is too high” appears everywhere, but ping check is ok. dos ping check ok. others play everywhere 20-35 ping…Now I’ve paid 20 € for the addon and can’t play a minute.

Same story here. Needs fixing somehow, it’s not our connection. We have good service, high speed, other games/sites load quickly and easily. Don’t know if it’s a G-Portal problem or what.

After yesterday’s update i start seeing 300 ping in server browser. Very rarely, once every 20 retries i see 130 ping letting me connect. I have a variable 30-80 ping in game all the time but the server browser is blocking me from connecting showing fake ping numbers.

that was the last time i gave funcom money. not that the bugs were still not fixed for years. now i can’t even play since the update
