I think Juyayay is local game not online. Feo and Me are online server.
My aptitudes are reset by server not by me and that was the reason for the disappearance of craft elements from the benches. 
Game mode: Online official
Type of issue: Bug
Server type : PvE
Region: EU
Well, i play today on same server: EU PvE Official 1300 and my aptitudes are reset again. I see that because my benches recipes are empty again.

No news yet. It’s been sent to QA and the usual turnaround is a week give or take, depending on the severity of the issue.
