Cannot wield "Warspear of the Black Circle" while mounted on a Rhino

Bug Description:

The “Warspear of the Black Circle”, despite being labeled as a Spear (TwoHanded Spear2H), it cannot be equipped while mounted on a Rhino.

Bug Reproduction:

Mount a Rhino and try to equip the Warspear.

Can’t use it on the horse either. Probably because it uses different attack combo from normal spears.
