I can’t load my Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah (created today) saves after buying the IoS DLC. When option to continue single player/co-op is selected, I end up with the map selection window in the center of the screen. However, there is no way to select any of the options listed in that window because using any of the navigator controlls (d-pad, analogs) just skips the window entirely and goes from main menu tabs to “news” and vice versa. I believe I tried everything. Is there a solution or should I just contact Playstation support to get my refund?
If you have a second account in the console start the game from it. It will start properly.
Quit, log out and choose your main account, now it will probably start correctly.
For more workarounds let me know if this one worked, because there are more.
