Can't get key or mask from Witch Queen

Hello everyone! I have killed the witch queen about six times and she never leaves the mask or key to Razmas home. I have all of the journals, so wondering if I’m missing something, or is it bugged? Any input would help, and thanks! :grinning_face:

Are you playing with mods?
There should be no problem with vanilla afaik.

Tested it in PvE. She dropped 2(!) Witch Masks and One Key to Razmas Quarters.
