Mask of the witch queen not spawning

So I’ve killed the witch queen like 13 times now and the mask hasn’t spawned once, it’s the last piece I need to make my key and the admin spawn version doesn’t work in the alter.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.kill witch queen
2.loot body
3.no mask
4.hack body apart in desperation only to be disappointed.

you have to loot her not harvest on pc there is all ok

I’m on Xbox, I did loot her, 30 times. Never seen it once. The whole hack the body apart thing was mostly a joke.

PS4 game version has same bug

I have also just encountered this. Is this going to be fixed or are we to continue to play a broken game that cannot be finished?

This has happened to me as well on XB1. She only dropped Razmas room key. No mask at all

This really makes me sad, I would like to be able to see the end for myself without having to YouTube it because I physically can’t finish the game.

I killed her last night for the first time and got the mask. Are all of you not getting it on officials? Just curious as I’m on a private server with my friends and it dropped first time.

It depends, are you on pc because pc doesn’t have this issue
