Bug Description:
Game crashed yesterday. Not the first crash so I didn’t think about it and just went to sleep. Tried to open the game today only to find the save gone and the only option being new game even though the save game game.db file exists in the saved folder.

Can you, please, try to save the current save file to a different folder and try to use a backup save to see if this worked?
I have searched about the back up thing and it seems like there is no backup in the saved folder for some reason. Only the game.db file.
I tried backing up the save file, started a new game, then close and moving the save file in place and the game loads the save file but it now enters an infinite loading screen.

Just to confirm, you don’t have backup files in your “Saved” folder under the name such as “game_backup_1”?
No. Only game.db there. Maybe that’s a thing with the xbox version on PC? I backed up the whole Saved Folder too before I did anything so they were never there.
@Olmerious was this the path followed "XboxGames\Conan Exiles\Content\WindowsServer\ConanSandbox\Saved"?
Isn’t it Users/userid/AppData/Local/ConanSandbox/Saved ?
I am also crashing on xbox during load in. This started happening when living settlements were introduced and it took me a whole bunch of attempts but I finally was able to get into my save and change the settings to disable living settlements.
Im guessing the new update reverted something. I have tried about 15 times to log in now and it just crashes the game every time
