Yup this has been happening for a long time now really getting upset.

Stuck at the Login to game, choose server, then goes to screen then back to “play on Line” screen
Decided it is time to sign up to this forum, because 1502 is getting bad. Tried logging in about 5-10 minutes ago, and couldn’t connect. It is getting more and more frequent… This is the main sever I play on, currently the only one.
This is becoming unacceptable. Please look into this. As others have tried, I too can connect to other servers fine, just not 1502.
Hard to understand why so hard restart all server…

Wow…this has gotten seriously annoying. I am afraid to venture out of my base now due to random server crashes. And not just the random crashing…but the fact it takes HOURS for it to come back up. Meh…

Also, rather than wasting your vacation away repeatedly trying to connect in-game, I’ve found the best way to monitor for if it’s functional is to keep the BattleMetrics page open to where the Player Count is visible:

Simply put, during normal operation, the number of players graph will fluctuate. and you’ll also see people connecting and leaving in the connection log. If the graph is a horizontal line for a long period, and there’s nothing in the connection log but “Server responded to query”, then it’s in a hung state.
Anyway, hope this lets some of you at least enjoy doing other things instead of having to retry the server itself for hours on end…

Kaci: Looks like 1502 has been rebooted. I’ve connected and am alive in my volcano base with my armor still on me. (I’d stashed everything else in a chest before logging off .)
Thinking I might forego carrying legendaries for a while, until this nonsense is patched and fixed.
I’ve been unable to get on 1516 PVE-C for over 2 hours. looks like 6-19 others are on at any given time. My ping is okay. Very frustrating.

We’re currently looking into what could be causing servers to malfunction lately and see if it’s a cause on our end. Until then and as usual, please use the Official Servers Report form to inform of any server not functioning.

What is the server number of testlive?
TestLive_US3_PVE is stopped, but it can not be reported in Server Report because there is no number.

Testlive servers are actually managed by us. I have informed our team and hopefully they’ll put it back up in a bit 
I started logging in now.

Unfortunately, TestLive_US3_PVE seems to have stopped again.
