Can't log into the game

Hello,

Whenever I try to get into the game, one of the following things happen:

  1. I get Failed to authenticate with the character server error.
  2. I make it to the loading screen but the loading bar doesn’t move at all.
  3. The loading bar fills up but nothing happens.
    Issue appeared yesterday, never happened before.

I’m using Windows 10 1903, nvidia drivers 430.86 and running on DX9.
