From the main Forum README page, it says the Terms of Service are at https://www.funcom.com/disclaimer/. When I go to that page, I get a 404 error. I get the same error trying to look at the Terms of Service from the https://forums.funcom.com/guidelines page.
Near the bottom of the linked page, just above the funcom logo, there’s a list with all of the TOS docs.
I actually just updated this on the forum thread last night but forgot to reply in the thread. It was late, sorry
