Cant return to inventory items

Game mode: Single-Player
Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvE

Unable to return placeable object into my inventory that should have the ability to do so. I am trying to move my Furnace and Chest and it will not allow me to pick it up. I am not sure if this was because of any of my steam mods I had installed but I even tried launching the game with none of the steam workshop mods and it was still an issue.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Hold E on Furnace, Chest, Door, etc.
  2. Select “Return to Inventory”

What mods are you using? Are you using Creative? It is definitely a mod issue.

Are any of the items damaged?

I am using creative but I unloaded everything besides Savage Wilds from the launcher and rand the game and still having issue. Ill try unsubbing it from steam.

There is a known issue with Creative, even if you remove the mod, your old placeables will be bugged but the newly placed ones will work normally. The mod author has not found a way to reproduce it reliably as far as I am aware.
