Returning a placeable item to inventory does not work, instead the item is dismantled, and you get part of the resources back. Seems to affect all placeable items, every time.
Try to return any placeable item to inventory.

If youāre referring to placeables, such as crafting stations, chests, etc then upon pressing āāremoveāā on the Consctruction Hammer it will indeed remove the placeable and return crafting materials directly to your inventory.
Are you perhaps experiencing something different with another type of item in a particular circumstance? If so, please describe it to us or send a screenshot/video so that we may assess it properly.

I am not talking about those. Iām talking about placeables that have an option of returning them to inventory, built from your inventory or at an artisanās table.
I have not tested them all exhaustively, but every time Iāve tried it since Age of War chapter 2 came out, Iāve gotten part of the resources instead. It has happened with a campfire, Cimmerian and Stygian braziers, wall lanterns, and a couple furniture pieces I canāt remember now.

From our side, we could not reproduce this using some of the items your referred. If this is still happening in your game, could you please send us a video showing the issue please?

My PC server had this issue as well. It was definitely frustrating since there are no mods in use.
The post below by Onomog was the solution though I donāt know what kind of access console admins have for server management.
