Are you on a free account? Only paid accounts (full subscription or legacy SL-only subscription) have access to this server.
why only paid accounts ?
Its only Froob content or not ?

The new server is a ‘paid service’ available only to current subscribers. Although it has no expansions currently, it is a progression server and will have full expansions eventually.
