Captured thrall Disappearing when leaving Volcano

I tried to leave the volcano area with a thrall just captured through the dragon mouth.
After the first load screen after leaving the volcano, the chain bindings were no longer equipped and the thrall was gone.

Reproduced the same issue minutes later with another thrall.

It used to work before the last Update.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Go to the Volcano
  2. Knock out thrall
  3. Use (Chain) Bindings on thrall
  4. leave Volcano through Dragon Mouth

Happended to me as well. Same bug, same location (Dragon Mouth).
The thrall just disappears. I came back to volcano trying to find the thrall but no luck.
