About time. 14day decay should never be a thing. It’s about time officials go back to 1x harvest as well.

No, not for PVP atleast. It’s alot more fun to play officials now with higher farmrates. Less grinding more PVP.

Sadly, it doesn’t make any significant difference when it comes to serial refreshers. 
Yep! They should set the current rate as the base rate and then set the multiplier to 1x
