I can not get my loot, lost everything. Happen in the middle on the cave.
@Community can you please test yours updates before release? How is it possible? At least walk on time in every cave!
Same here. I die every time I try to get loot from corpse. Lost a full set of endgame gear… 
The same issue a year ago and now it is back.

I Have found a way to get my loot back. Take right by jumping on the rocks and go down. Take your loot from far. Escape by jumping on the rocks in reverse. You can not climb, but it is possible. This can help until it is fixed.
