I’m playing with a friend on an Isle of SIptah server, and we were in the middle of decorating the place, when I sat in one of the Aquilonian chairs. Well, long story short, I found myself unable to sit in the damn thing first, then when I could, getting out of the chair was almost impossible. It was set up near a table, and every time I tried standing up, I got stuck inside the chair and had to climb up to get out. Divans and stools work fine still, but the chairs need addressing.
I also came to write about it. Some chairs and armchairs have been broken since the last update. You get stuck in them and can’t get out of your seat in any way.

I know this may sound like a silly question, but were the chairs placed on top of anything else, such as carpets? I have noticed in the past that when placing chairs on top of carpets they can get… wonkey, but if you place them just a couple inches over where there is no carpet they act perfectly fine. This may or may not be the case you are running into, but it might be something to look into.
I tested all the chairs for in game and DLC in Beta, Aquilonian is bugged like this and was reported.

frozem throne, jhebal throne, you got stuck on sitting it, you cant sit all chair that previoslly used by a thrall, or tavern patron, benchs with three sits are broken just one sit can be used, except zingarian mercenary one. Thralls and tavern patrons dont sit yamatai tavern benchs.
Thank you @Kikigirl I had actually forgotten about that. The issue with the carpets is an older one that may or may not have been fixed.
