Challenge not allowing reward to be claimed

Bug Description:

Challenge “Pray at the Set Altar in Sepermeru” completed using “By Mitra” emote. Unable to accept reward when clicking the “Claim Reward” button. Instructions said to try again, then said if this error persists please contact customer support.

Bug Reproduction:

I clicked the “Claim Reward” button. i tried several times without success and kept getting the message to contact customer support.

Not sure what happened while i was away, but i closed the game and ended up restarting my computer before going out for a while. I just logged back in and the unclaimable challenge looks to have gone through. That or it just got replaced by a new challenge. i don’t recall the points i had before that happened.

I’ve had this happen a few times as well. You click the claim reward button and get told try again later. But if you restart the game, that seems to clear it for whatever reason.
