Change in appearance

Hello!
Item / Artifact / NPC at the expense of resources / Quests, does not matter. After 1300 hours of playing PVP, PVE and PVE-C, the character’s appearance is worried. For example, hairstyle, facial features, large breasts or small dignity. And I want to change without losing character progress.
Will such a function be implemented?

PS: I also know that similar topics have already been discussed, but there is not much progress on this issue.
PSS.: I know that there are regimes that solve such problems. But I like vanila-game (:

Welcome to the family. All i can say is that i hope you get what you wish. Still for me it will always be my beautiful Bella (my dogs name), a short hyborian girl, with dark hair, sky blue eyes and rich qualities :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:.
