Change of the clan system

Hello to all exiled friends.
Following an unfortunate mishap, I come to you to share my opinion.

To be able to easily transport my treasures found in the four corners of the map, I had to build transport stones.
The problem with transport stones is that you had to be in a clan to be able to use them.

Why this choice on the part of Funcom? .So I created a clan and for a few weeks everything went well.
Then one day when I connected……surprise……. I am no longer a member of the clan (I play solo on a private server).

This bug has been recurring present since at least the start of the games, reported many times by our exiled friends on bug, post and subject reports, made one more victim: me.

Result: I no longer have anything! I look with frustration my base but I can no longer access this one, years of collections, frightened sketches.

I’m not here to cry (it already makes three times that the game makes me such surprises forcing me to start everything again).
The purpose of this subject is to see together which improvements or changes we can put in place to correct the current clan system.

To avoid the players to lose their aquis in the event of a bug following the integration / creation of a clan:
to ensure that the possesses of the player "armor, weapons, contents, enslaved NPJ and their equipment carried, trunk, box and Stoked objects, craft bench and their inventory "remains the propriaity of the player and not that of the clan .
These objects, do not become the possession of the clan only with the acord of the player.
No member of the clan can so can use the enslaved NPCs, or stoquer/ take objects in the chest (s) of another clan player.
No member of the clan can modify /destroy the structures of another member of this clan.

In accordance with:
all controctions carried out by being a member of the clan is propriaity of the clan, all NPCs enslaved following the integration/creation of the clan is propriaity of the clan. In addition, the objects built/collected by being a member of a clan can only be stoked in chests/boxes/furniture built by the clan.

It may seem extreme, but would protect the players from abuse and bug and protect the clan of abuses from indelicate players.

No more possibility for a guest clan and then ban a player while keeping this player’s possessions. Impossibility for a player to steal NPCs enslaved from a clan or stoked objects, destroying the structures of the clan and then leaving this clan .
Currently creating or joining a clan presents risks (bug, troll), hut of game option asks to be part of a clan, notably the transport stones.
Except not to have the chance to have with them friends or acquaintances in whom they have total confidence with whom to create or join a common clan poses no problem. Inviting a player or joining a clan is risky.

I am from Accor with you: generally everything goes well and the players are mainly honest. This kind of case is rare and we like to believe that the community of Conan Exile is mature and honest (hut of member of this forum is the perfect example).

I am not a breakage that shouts at misfortune, I made myself my personal experiences and alas the troll and other parasites exist even on this game, to be convinced it is enough to watch what is going on on the PVP servers (certain , a minority abuses, cheats and uses all the means at their disposal to harm others).
So to finish this long discourt, I turn to you exile to see what solutions can be put in place to solve this clan problem, which could be ammeliorate.
