Hello!
I am having trouble with the character transfer system in the new Enhanced version. Before the update, I successfully exported my character from an Official PvP server to the cloud. Now, I am trying to import this character to an Official PvE-C server, but the “Import” button is missing and the cloud buffer appears empty.
What should I do to get my character back?
