after clicking on character transfer, I receive a message asking me to wait. After being disconnected from the server and returning to the main menu, my character does not appear in the cloud. When I reconnect to the same server, my character is still there, as if no transfer had been done.
We are aware that some of you have had trouble using the character transfer system since we re-enabled the feature.
While we have addressed several of the more severe problems, we are currently investigating all the remaining limitations and working to improve them as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if you receive the “Export Character - Process Status” error message, you can try preparing your character with fewer items, thralls, pets, and mounts.

Whatever was done quietly yesterday fixed everything for me. The server transfer was instant and never crashed the server I was leaving. Thank you very much for working towards resolving these issues.
