It’s been 3 days since i cant play. My character is stuck into the ground. I am in the official server #2500 PVE. I tried differents things but it didint work… I need help

I got stuck in a set of stairs.
It seems that the collision in items is randomly not loading or something? So we run through it and then get stuck because the game has a brain fart?

I’ve done it several times. But I have the same problem when I respawn, besides losing all my stuff because my body is nowhere to be found…
Oh man that sux.
I got this last night on PlayStation. I fell through a cliff side base and almost died. Then tried to run up some stairs, but couldn’t. I restarted and it fixed the collision so I could run up them again. Fortunately, I use ceilings and fence foundations in my builds, so getting stuck wasn’t an issue. I just would fall through.
I’ve also experienced this on Xbox numerous times since the update on an official server. My thrall and I get stuck in foundations or stairs. Killing the game and restarting fixes it for a while but it seems to come back.
I’m also experiencing very frequent disconnects from official servers, the inability to move certain items to chests or to radial slots (also fixed by restarting), and missing bazaar items (fixed by playing single player for a few mins).
