Character transfer failed

Please help
I transferred my character from official 2876 to 7130.

Then got failed toaken and reset xbox 2 times and got the same then havent gotten the choice to bring the character in at all

Gamer tag LETSSSGOOOOO#560
From official 2876
To official 7130

Clan name was pestilence

We’ve just restored your character so please access the game and make sure the character has been recovered successfully.

You should be able to see it ready for the transfer so make sure you select the same server or a new one.
The character LETSSSGOOOOO was set as ready.
