Transfer character not working

Bug Description:

I transferred my character from pve server #2000 but couldn’t import it on #7004

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Transfer on server 2000
  2. Import on 7004
  3. Error serialization token
  4. Import button disappeared
  5. Sent a ticket on zendesk #45656

Anyone knows what is the average waiting time?

They answered today may 2nd and recovered my character.

Instantly. I lost one of my characters and they were never able to recover it. After like 5 or 6 attempts, they passed the ticket off to the development team and I never heard from them again. I’m just giving up since they clearly couldn’t fix the issue.
