I transferred in to siptah official last week to learn recipes on map and tower. Last night I went to transfer. My character had over 1000 eldarium, like 30 sigils, and couple named crafters and thralls. Upload went fine, but when I went to import first time my character was there. And when I tried importing, it gave me an error eventually. I went back to main menu, came back and there was no import option. I went to siptah server to double check and my character was not there. So hard closed game and tried again. When I went to character creation, import option was there but this time for character name was a bunch of numbers and symbols. I tried that and it gave me token failed error. Hard closed and came back, import was there again but this time character name was lvl0 and same token failed error. Iāve submitted a ticket , this has been my only pvp official character since Iāve had the game so I grind to learn ALL the recipes which I just about had so if they donāt fix this Iām honestly quitting this game. Thatās horrible and not right if they just ruin your play-through like that.
Steps to Reproduce:
Got my character in encumbrance build, loaded up the stuff I wanted to take, hit Server Transfer. Success
Go to new server, character creation screen, hit import character, my character was there. Start import, after about a minute I got an error. I backed out and came back and no import option was there.after I hard close game import option is there but all buggy looking and just get failed token.
I also have gotten an error message when Import Character option is there of " Cannot transfer due to incompatible settings from previous server" even though theyre both Funcom official servers.
Agreed! Seems to be an issue with the game for sure and not like a one off chance. I just want my stuff back already. Spent so many in game hours running vaults and the pools. Do not want to grind that hard again. Truly makes me not want to play the game if I cant get my character and stuff back, and Iām sure Iām not the only one that feels that way.
This specific bug of a character disappearing in transfer has happened to one of my clanmates in 2.7 aswell. I donāt exactly remember what server it was from but I remember that it was a eu ps4 official pvp server

Appreciate your help, she was level 60 and wearing the new Siptah armor I just won off a combatant
@Dana server 2130 pve . Character DANGLING DINER1. Clan bonkers. Hope you guys can fix this i canāt do any transfers right now since this happened itās like the character that is stuck is stopping all my transfers.

Hello I uploaded the character to the cloud and when trying to download it, an error occurred, where I was without my character.
source server: island of siptha 7140 pve
Destination Server: Exile Lands 2210 pve Character
name: Madruguero (all my characters have the same name)
Tribe name: Rebeldes
I count on your help and that I can recover my items that were in my characterās inventory at the time of transfer. I donāt know if it matters here on the forum but I made a request by email reporting my problem with the transfer, the request number is 37714.
Our team is still investigating and testing. In the meantime, we advise you to stop any interactions with the character transfer feature and do not upload any other characters.
