Bug Description:

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

*** I have lost my full lvl 60 character that I learned all of the feats on both siptah and exiled lands with. Body was full of eldarium and priests and the whole character dissapeared after a token failure durning transfer. I have started new character but it’s just not as fun after you grinded all that time just to lose it all. Emailed funcom twice as well as put in report and have only recieved the initial response for the report. It has now been almost 2 weeks

Please make sure you check out our post on how to report character transfer issues: How to report an issue with Character Transfers

Also please make sure you select the correct option (Character Transfer Issues) in the Request Type drop down menu from our ticket form.
