Lost character server transfer

Bug Description:

I Just transferred my character Tainteesha
Level 60 from Official server 2949 to Official siptah server 7130 and it has given me a desterilization error, once I refreshed and tried again it gave me a token failed error. Hoping to recover my character or at least the loot I transferred? Plying on Xbox series x

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Load up character for transfer from official 2949
  2. Upload character
  3. Attempt to import to 7130 official
  4. Token failed
  5. (etc)

Please make sure you check out our post on how to report character transfer issues: How to report an issue with Character Transfers

Also please make sure you select the correct option (Character Transfer Issues) in the Request Type drop down menu from our ticket form. You can find this option at the bottom of the drop down menu
