My character has failed to import into a server and now I can't find it

Bug Description:

*A clear and concise description of what the bug is.*I uploaded my character for transfer from 7111, it was successful as it took me to the main menu in which i loaded into 2970, I selected import option and a message popped up saying it failed, only option was cancle, i selected import again but still popped a failed message. I exit to main menu to loaded into 2970 again and import option was not available which means my character is lost in the upload.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. I uploaded my character for transfer from 7111
    2.loaded into 2970, selected import option and waited for it to load but a message popped up saying it failed
    3.I exit to menu, I loaded back into 2970 and the import option was not available
  2. (etc)

I was flagged last time I replied to this for some reason but it’s a current bug in the game. It’s a bit rare but as far as I can tell you won’t be getting that character back. I suggest limiting your transfers for the time being.

That being said it’s not a bad idea to submit a ticket thru zendesk

Have the some issue currently coming from 7111 as well as a few clan mates. One of my clan mates was able to reply to the closed forum with his information and get his character back. I’ve sent 2 emails currently with no reply back.
