I’m so sorry for any alarm this might have caused - we identified an issue that was preventing transfers from processing, so we’ve temporarily disabled the service until that issue is addressed:

Yesterday, we identified an issue which was preventing character transfers between Crom and Fury from processing. The paid character transfer service has been temporarily disabled while we work to address the cause. If you had a pending transfer request, and it was cancelled, the Funcom Points will be returned to your account automatically.
