Yesterday, we identified an issue which was preventing character transfers between Crom and Fury from processing. The paid character transfer service has been temporarily disabled while we work to address the cause. If you had a pending transfer request, and it was cancelled, the Funcom Points will be returned to your account automatically.
I’ll update this thread once we have new information regarding the issue. Your patience while we work to address the problem as swiftly as possible is greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much for your patience - character transfers have now been re-enabled.
If you’re still having trouble completing a character transfer, please be sure to check that the character in question:
- Was not created in the last 30 days
- Was not transferred in the last 30 days
- Is not currently locked
Additionally, you may need to log out of the game completely and wait 15 minutes while the system processes your transfer request. If your transfer is still failing after taking all of these steps, contact support directly through email and we can help you further:
