Character walks at encumbrance speed and is not encumbered - new since patch

Bug Description:

*Character is unable to walk at normal speed, acts encumbered when is not encumbered and Encumbrance stat is maxed. Started today after patch.

Expected Behavior:

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Would like to walk at normal speed again

Installed Mods:

None

Steps to Reproduce:

Log into game, start walking. Flying is not an issue, walking is. Again, character is walking at encumbrance speed, sprint does nothing.

Greetings,

You might be stuck on walking mode, have you tried pressing the “Backspace” key?
Or maybe check in your key bindings which key is setted to walk.
