Chest in The Castle of Light stuck in the air

Hi Funcom,

I convinced Lux to step off his high horse with a grenade. It blew out the second story floor, and now I can’t get at the chest (see attached screenshot). I assume the chest were supposed to follow the floor down?

So, two questions:

  1. Is this a bug?
  2. Is there a workaround / some way I can get at the chest content?

This is the Epic Games Launcher version 23289.1 (current).

I can’t attach screenshots as a new user apparently. Anyway, I blew out the second story floor where Lux is initially located when you get out of the basement, and the chest in that room is now hanging in the air. I can’t get at it.

I would suggest to try not blowing up the floor. Floating chests are odd though, I’ll give you that.
