I noticed that after breaking some low rank thralls they come with a chest wrap or loincloth piece, it is usually the low tier bearers have this clothing.
If you take these pieces and wear yourself they have no visual, you are still naked! I play in a official server where nudity settings is set to maximum, It appears those pieces are linked to the server settings, but they should be treated as regular clothing, just like everything else.
