Clean install gog version. Won't load: DX Runtimes needed (Fixed)

Hi Guys
I have just rebuilt my computer

i7-4790, 16Gb Ram, GTX1080, Win 10 64bit v1903

Clean install of GOG and Mutant. Year Zero. Road to Eden
When I try to run it it says the DirectX runtimes are required to run this application.
I have confirmed DirectX12 is installed with my copy of Win 10.

How do I get Mutant to detect DirectX 12?
This game was working before the rebuild, but I cannot say what other DirectX runtimes I had installed.

Fixed: Downloaded and installed the latest DirectX12 runtimes from Microsoft. I believe these include previous runtimes. Mutant now works.
