What cleaners? Is this a mod or are you using a different name for something?

No it is not, there is a bug that sometimes prevents calling the purge.

The problem with cleaning didn’t start right away, at first everything started, then periodically a message would come out that cleaning couldn’t start because there was nowhere to put the raiders’ base, now this message is the only one that comes out, I changed the place for cleaning and nothing changed, although there is enough space for cleaning

Can you, please, confirm if you’re playing a single-player game on co-op or on official servers?
You’re also not using any type of mods, correct?
If you can, please, send us a video where we can verify the reported behavior.
I play on the official server 1013 and mods are not available there, I indicated in the error report template
