Not a Bug - Cleanup Crew required.( I didn’t know where else to put this msg ).
this Camp/Fort is abandonned and decayed approx 3 weeks ago. The remaining items are marked Decayed and timer is 00:00.
the items have survived at least 10 restarts.
I need to add the Dismantle/Break option is not showing up when you click(E command) on items.
My first inclination is that players keep rendering it. 00:00 will remain as long as that is the case. However, that means that someone has to be near it at all times preventing its decay, possible, but unlikely.
We’ve had huge issues with decay the last 4 or so months and I am unsure if the decay problems present before the release of AoH, it fixed them.
Keep in mind that any server type issues won’t see action on the forums.
Ok, this has worked for me in the past so it’s worth a shot.
If you’re friendly with the rest of the server ask them to keep away, go to the location and log out there, wait about 5 minutes or so, then log back in.
It might get it out of the 0 decay so you can dismantle.
If it doesn’t I suggest running a test with other players, have yourself or them put down something that will decay quickly: like a foundation. Then have the opposing clan check it within the decay time and see if it only goes to 0:00. If it doesn’t go past it to red decay, there’s some kind of bug happening. Of which it would be a bug report to file.
After that really the only other option is Zendesk. But I caution you about it as calling Zendesk to a server won’t be just the clean up crew for this… but might be for others as well. Make it clear that it only needs to be cleaned up, they’re not causing this land claiming issue and don’t need a suspension, the system is just not working properly.
