Both thrall and building decay timers are set to 10 days.
If your followers were lost inside the timeline, please send us screenshots of the event log and let us know your character and clan name.
Tried to upload, got a message “Sorry new users cannot upload images”

Has happened a number of times to my knowledge, once to my clan on 1521 a few months ago. Lost >60 level 20 thralls, all in perfected with legendary weaps. The response was lipservice, we were left to rot in the sun. Weeks worth of work, gone.
Yes thinking they don’t care to fix, probably all their staff is working on Dune project. I should start over on a private server (not official server). Thanks for replying and letting me know your experience.
Official servers are a dumpster fire of neglect and incompetence. You should absolutely go to a different game, or at least a server under your control where admin powers and mods can somewhat alleviate the crimes of Funcom.
Also, PSA, since no one from Funcom will speak of it: building decay on Siptah is broken. I suspect this is why many people are shocked to lose their followers on Siptah - follower decay is not broken, but buildings will often (always?) persist for longer than the 10-day decay time. So if you fail to log in for 10 days you will lose all your followers, but there’s a good chance your buildings will still be fine.
