Siptah server 6442, we lost ALL thralls to decay. All of our structures on Siptah are intact, but all thralls/mounts/pets are gone.

decay timer is back baby
I know… I was logged in yesterday, and again this morning. That’s how I saw all my thralls had decayed with server restart.
Can you check what thrall decay timer is set to in the server settings?
I just checked out the siptah server I am playing and it’s set to 10 days. (Playstation)
Maybe some servers get wiped with the 1 day mistake like the exiles land after the summer decay times. I lost all my thralls but not because of this mistake just because of the rollback where they all decayed right after.
I’m on Siptah 6010 and have the same issue , all thralls vanished when server restarted

all my thralls in 4 servers in isle disappeared even that my building still not decayed

SS of all thralls we lost with server restart on Oct 10. All thralls, pets, and mounts instantly decayed.
this sucks because we had some undead pets that we can no longer replace, since they can’t be created anymore 
let alone the fairly significant investment of time in leveling these thralls to 20, and gearing them in the best armor/weapons available on Siptah (We have all recipes, so they were truly in the best gear).
Thralls decayed right after server restart on Siptah 6010
My other Siptah server I play 6423 is all fine , all my thralls perfect in my base
same, i lost all my followers wen siptah timer got activated…plz fix it.
This also happened on 6157. The specific thralls targeted were every single one of them. Good thing you already have experience deleting everyone’s thralls and rolling back servers because it is time to do it again.
Can confirm that, saw many empty bases since decay is enabled again.
Did not lose any thralls myself though, coz i login/play nearly every day.

A FUNCOM poderá resolver somente se voltar o tempo do servidor ROLLBACK porém acho que não irá fazer nada se a maioria não estiver tendo o mesmo problema que recomendo reportar no ZENDESK @Funcom_Community
