On Isle of Siptah Official PVE-C #8060 All thralls have decayed despite loging on frequently to play and to reset timers. 40+ leveled thralls fully equiped with rare weapons and armors are gone despite base only being at 160 decay and having full thrall pots! Full of gruel. Funcom please fix this bug/mistake thank you.
I am still waiting on the issue to be resolved.
I have submitted screenshots of all pets and thralls decaying for no reason at the exact same time.
I have been told funcom is working on resolving the issue.

RIP. They did this to us on #6442 months ago and haven’t lifted a finger or whispered a word of condolence.

This is everything from the event log showing every pet and thrall that decayed. I still have gruel in my 3 thrall pots which are placed in a triangle with overlapping ranges covering every thrall that was placed.
It’s beyond ridiculous that this happened to so many of us, and were absolutely ignored by Funcom. I love the game, but sometimes they make it tough to want to log in because too many of us are hit by bugs that cost us a lot of time in gameplay… and at best, get a rote apology. AT BEST.

As far as I can tell I was the only one affected by this bug on my server.

They all just decayed on me. i had irreplaceable ones like skeletons you can no longer craft!
All my buildings were fine!
This is total Rage Quit territory and I have had this game active since it came out! I have almost 3000 hours on it now.

The same happened to me on exiles lands. not because the setting was wrong… I was online at the day they had set it to 1 day decay but on the day they rerolled the servers.
I miss my skeletons… That was the day I decided not to pay any cent anymore to this game…

Yep. Logged back in after update and all thralls gone!!! Ones I’ve been leveling up for a good while!!! This happened a little while ago and funcom rolled back about 2 days so we got them back…only this time…nope. shame as I’ve been a a big player of this game with around 3500 hours, but now I don’t think I can be bothered if this is the way they deal with things. Nevermind guys and gals, I hope you have better experiences in your new games. If this isn’t sorted then I will be playing something else. Hope you all get yours!

Have you gotten any reply that may get this fixed? It isnt as widespread as the last time they reset the abandoned and decay timer so its not getting any hype. I lost hundreds of pets and thralls on multiple official servers, some irreplaceable. Rollback???
Its happend on multiple servers. Last time this happened it was someone missed up the reset to abandoned after 24hrs, this time the reset was maybe 4 or 5 days. Its not so widespread so theres no chatter about it. I’d like to know how it may get fixed.

Nope. No response or an inkling as to what they’ll do…IF they’ll do anything. I haven’t logged back in yet to see, more for frustration than anything. I may look again in a few days

my thread from last fall got a blue “We are advising the devs” and that was apparently it. I was hoping for something after that, but after a few months of keeping the thread active, I gave up. I really love this game, as evidenced by my hours in game, and that I’ve bought every single thing sold for the game… but at this point, I’m looking at Enshrouded to see if it will be my next survival game I focus on. I no longer have confidence that Funcom will take care of me when problems happen.
