Typically they won’t roll back unless it was something that had occurred to most every one in the server. And especially unlikely after a couple weeks have passed. It’s pretty much a lost cause at this point. They only wanted your screenshots as evidence to compile more data to try and nail down whatever the issue is. They’ve been doing this since the problem first arose. No one has gotten any rollbacks except for the one time when it first started with the 1 day decay timer. Then it ended up pissing off the newbies to the server who all came here to complain about how their 2 days were more important than the players that lost 5 years of thralls or whatever. Anyway, you get the point.
I recommend if you still wanna play the game, cut your losses and build back your army of thralls. It’s disheartening, but it’s doable. You won’t get back any legacy thralls if you had them, but You’ll have something. A friend of mine on my server had the same issue. We all helped him by grinding with him to build back. He almost quit, so I totally get your frustration.
Maybe so, but it is what it is. You’re welcome to stop playing the game, but that’s up to you. You can also start over on Exiled Lands where there’s been fewer reports of that (though my friend’s issue was on EL). That’s where all the major updates are happening anyway.

I was stating facts and giving you ideas on how to actually salvage the game. But you read it how you will.

Well guys, I’ve deleted my character as it’s obvious after this amount of time nothing will be done. I just gonna take a break from the game then restart a fresh. I don’t mind the grind at all, but when you get all your hard work and grind just deleted it bums you out. Just a note…user jmk1999 was just being honest and giving us his opinion. I can’t see the need to try and make any of this thread into a toxic playground. I have been giving my opinion on it all, but I hope that doesn’t make me a bad guy in this also . Let’s just agree that nothing will get done here and let everyone do what they wanna do …keep complaining, quit the game, grind it all out again, smash your keyboard… it’s all gravy! Jmk199 is a troll and marked my thread as solved. Nothing was done. I believe funcom needs to step up and take some responsibility for what they have done. Their opinion is toxic. I have no reason to feel otherwise.

I think everyone agrees with you that funcom need to step up, but they haven’t got a great history of that in my experience. But only the mods or the original poster are able to mark the thread as solved. I know it’s frustrating dude, but I think we just have to take our trousers down, bend over, and let Funcom get their jolly on with us. I have over 4000 hours in Destiny so I’m kinda used to that now. All the best dude
