Decay Timer broken in Siptah PVE 6109 Need my stuff back

Bug Description:

I have been on Siptah PVE Official 6109 for over a thousand hours, and have pretty much everything unlocked and 2 complete bases full of every thrall and bench. Well, I started playing Exiles for a change and have been refreshing my base every 5 or 6 days, well yesterday I logged in 6 days, 7 hours 42 minutes and everything was gone. It shouldn’t have been. I would like my stuff back before my thralls get killed. I had two bases. I am still active in Exiles and plan on returning to my kindom in Siptah soon. Please help!

Installed Mods:

Just base game, and every expansion.

Well, what ever you can do to roll my stuff back would be great.

My last login was yesterday afternoon, 12/4/2021 roughly 3pm EST. Last login previously (last time I had everything) was Sunday 11/28/2021 10am EST.

I’d open a ticket to Zendesk and see if your base ran afoul a rule and got zapped.

Yeah it was nothing high or overly built. But, if you dont mind, how do I put in a ticket with Zendesk, thats what I was trying to do and was directed here.

This time shift happens to me on ps4 pve official too :frowning:

If base be deleted by admin-account will be banned for 2 weeks.Simple rule

Yeah my base wasn’t banned for any reason and has been on the server for close to 1k hours (since Feb last yr). Simply the decay timer glitched a day early. However, Funcom blew it off.
