I have seen some issues already reported on this kind of thing but just wanted to add my own experience.
After the 2.4 patch today my characters Cimmerian Medium armor is displaying as black even though none of it has been dyed. Also, all my crafting thralls are displaying their fiber clothes and black (for head gear) and a bright, florescent white for the chest and legs. NPC’s in cities, villages and encampments are also displaying the color issues. Although dancers, fighters and archers seen to be okay with their colors unless they’re wearing a certain factions (i.e. Cimmerian or maybe some others as I only noticed with the Cimmerian).
My thralls who are also wearing Cimmerian Medium and Heavy armor have the black color issue too.
I play SP, Exiled Lands, with no mods.
