Every time I change clothes the physics stop working but only inside my base. Outside of the base phyics work as intended and they keep working even in my base. But when I change clothes they break again. To fix it temporarily I need to walk away from my base and back.
It’s not a game breaking bug but it kinda ruins the immersion.

Similiar problem here. Hair physics don’t working, today i load my singleplayer game and the hairtail is like a stiff board. Not only in my base, yesterday it works fine, so i don’t know what’s this bug triggers. Hope they fix it, as soon as possible!
This is an old bug related to the height of the character. There is no permanent fix other than to create a new character and do not touch the height slider.
That’s why I post it here.

Also happens to me too. When I remove a piece, it brings back the physics only in the inventory screen, but not in game.
oddly enough, boob physics still work…
