I recently started play AOC again and am enjoying it, but remembered I have a copy of the collectors edition I pre-ordered before launch, I don’t actually remember my log in details for that account, all I have is the game key and I don’t think I have access to the email I used all those years ago. is there anything I can do to add this to my current account?
Nope, once the key is used, it’s used.
Once the key is used, it cannot be used on another account.
The good news however is that your account should still exist in our account system. I can even help you locate it using that product key if you don’t remember any of your account information.

Great thanks! roughly how long does it take for tickets to get addressed? I had Lodged one some time ago but didn’t get a response so I didn’t know if AOC was still supported but the ticket system.

Hi Umborls, I didn’t bother you with a DM because it isn’t really an urgent issue but I’ve still had no reply to my email support request. Is there any other way to recover the game key if I don’t know the email address it was connected to? I would really love to take advantage of the CE additions!
