Bug Description:
I am not able to log in to server after todays update. I was playing last night. THe game loads about half on the bar at the bottom then freezes and crashes to home. I have logged into another server of 7089 (siptah) and it freezes immediately and I have to quit the game (multiple attempts). I can login to single player, and exiled lands servers just fine. I have tried reinstalling game and all add ons. I have restarted console, modem, and router. I have tried deleting cache and anything else the internet has suggested.
One of my Clanmates logged in to his Xbox and got into the server. Thank you for your assistance

same was on siptha server 7020 get knocked back from a npc and game was freezing after that i tryed too log back in on half way of the loading bar its stops after a few trys i was abel too load in too see my char and the npcs around me starting too attack then game freez again
After the update, I too am unable to log in to server 7051. It either only goes half way with the bar or if it gets me into the game, it immediately freezes. I reinstalled twice and did the resets as well. Please fix. My fear is that I am the only one who refreshes the base and portals.

Bug Description:
Both single player and dedicated server freeze and crash. Notable was using admin teleport when happened. Game will no longer load past third of the bar for Isle of Siptah map. Had to restart single player and did the same thing. Restarted Xbox Series X. Uninstalled the game and reinstalled. Restarted the server. No luck.

Happens when using admin teleport on SP. Can no longer get onto the private server.
Since yesterday on my xbox serie s impossible to connect to the official 7000 server !! I’ve been disconnected and since that impossible to play !! I pay the game, some dlc’s, the game combat pass and i cannot play !!! This is completely insane and i don’t know what to do !! If i lose my base because i cannot play for a week i promess i quit this game forever !! I play since years now, connecting every week to keep my bases and now that !! Please do something !!!
Yesterday i was playing with a friend and we crash at the same time, since yesterday impossible to connect to 7000, the game keep charging for hours and never start !!! We pay a game, dlc’s, combat pass, and we cannot play ?!!! What the f*** Funcom please ??? It’s like throwing my money by the window !!! Do something !!! And what’s that service ?? Impossible to join any support service or somoene from funcom !!! Please wake up !!!
When are you going to do something, just so you know, the bases disappear after a week ( thanks funcom ! ) And in a few days mine will disappear too !! I connect every week since years now to keep my bases safe !!! How can this be possible ?? We pay a game, dlc’s, combat pass and we’re not able to play ?? Please Funcom wake up !! We need a quick solution to this problem !! It’s the second day we cannot connect how long will it takes to fix it ??? This should be a priority !!!

Our team has found that the southern region of Siptah (New Lands, below the main island) seems to have performance issues that could lead to crashes and freezes.
On that note, could you all please share if your characters were around that area when you first started to experience the issues?
I was reaching this area by traveling whit a teleporter after i was leaving my building and attacked by a npc it was starting too freeze and after this i was not abel too restart te game
