I have a server rented in U.S. Central and after the last patch/update my friends and I have been experiencing game crashes, graphics not loading/rendering, items disappearing out of chests while were away from them, and on occasion when it kicks us from the game we lose all of our gear and spawn in the desert. Any idea if we can get a fix? I’m on an Xbox one X and not experiencing as many issues only one crash and occasionally the graphics dont render, I believe my friends are on the Xbox one S.

If complete silence means anything then the answer is no you may not have a fix.

I strongly suggest you ask for a refund and complain to both Gportal and Microsoft until they get on board funcom obviously isn’t going to do anything.

Our team is aware of these issues and they’ve been working on fixes for the top crashes on Xbox that will come out as part as an upcoming patch.
