I have been playing conan exiles on xbox gamepass for past few years and i went on and it had dissapeared from my game list and i cant redownload it from the store even microsoft wasnt able to help

I had the same issue mate. I own the game for xbox and have gamepass, but could not install the game from either source.
In the end i managed to install the game through the Xbox app on my phone. Make sure you have remote access enabled on your xbox. Then un the xbox phone app search for conan and you should get the option to install to xbox. Hope this works for you.
