Funcom does not view use of the Admin panel in single/co-op games or as a private server owner/Admin as cheating.
They have built into the game the ability to access these Admin commands as the solo player desires to modify their single/co-op game as they want (or set up their private server as they desire) so PS4 will not take any action against you as it’s not using an unauthorised third party tool etc to access something the publishers do not mean you to access.
Note: it may come up as accessing “cheat”mode or ability but that’s simply the words they chosen to indicate the Admin modes are active and is not meant to imply you are breaking their rules by having them enabled.
